- establishing goals and strategies for the business entity management,
- analysing the existing business entity organisational structure and its organisational layouts,
- making a list of business processes,
- making a list of business documentation, which can appear in a business entity, with information on where it was made and
- making a list of software, which the business entity uses in its activities.
